The American Marketing Association at Indiana University is proud to offer opportunities to students passionate about marketing, where they can grow their knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and develop their leadership skills. We provide educational programing, networking opportunities, and real-world marketing work to our members so that they may be better prepared for their future careers. Our leadership team is composed of thirty students committed to creating these opportunities and enthusiastic about marketing, and our consulting and volunteer teams work diligently to meet their clients' needs and gain valuable experience while doing so.

If you are an AMA member with a talent for photography, we want to feature your work! Apply to be on our team of photographers who capture images and video at our many events each semester. These are used across our social media, in promotional materials, and in official IU AMA documents.
Holding a position in IU AMA can assist you in developing leadership skills, grow your personal and professional networks, and give you hands-on marketing opportunities. The AMA National Collegiate Case Competition brings together top marketing students to work on a marketing challenge submitted by a sponsoring organization. Written cases are submitted in the winter and final teams will have the opportunity to present in New Orleans in the spring.
IU AMA has an internal marketing consulting agency focused on giving our members unique experience that they can take and build upon in their careers. Our consulting teams are led by our Social Impact Consulting,
For-Profit Consulting, and Student Organization Consulting Directors. Members can apply to be a consultant on their teams!
IU AMA members have volunteer opportunities consistently throughout each semester where they can positively impact the Bloomington community and gain professional experience. Although our main philanthropic partner is My Sister's Closet, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities.
Are you an AMA member with a visual eye and an interest in design? If so, we want you on the graphic design team! Help us design various promotional materials while improving previous skills and learning new skills across various design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canvas. No prior experience is necessary.
